I see you are an Infios/MercuryGate approved partner . . . what does that mean?
We have worked with Infios/MercuryGate on the support of clients from a strategic level. At times, when Infios needs an assist with support on an implementation, they call upon a partner . . . that's us. We can also be approach by you direct without needed approval of Infios. We work direct with the leadership at Infios to make sure WE are up to date on their offerings, as well as keep them updated of your implementations. As long as you are using us to support your Infios TMS needs, it's a win-win.How does an Infios/MercuryGate Dynamic Ruleset Certified person benefit me?
WOW, what a great questions . . . do you have a few hours? A DRS certified person is one of the most powerful implementation tools you can have. Even Infios themselves require their own people to pass this certification; if someone doesn't pass, they do not touch the DRS engine. DRSes can drive workflow that your user sees, as well as workflow they do NOT see. This also allows someone to design your integration, data warehouse, and other strategies.
What type of documentation services do you offer?
We can assist with writing S.O.P.s, individual solution documents, Customer Modification Requests with the vendor, wire frames, as well as any documentation you need to implement a project. We have a variety of templates we already use, but we can also adhere to your needs. Also, do note that during implementation of workflow and solution design, there is a level of documentation we will perform as part of that service. We like to document so you can build a small library to refer to as needed.Are you a software reseller?
Yes and no. Our core service offerings are not that of a software/technology reseller; usually, a reseller ends their relationship once the software is purchased. We do not believe in ending the relationship so early in your technology purchase. Rather, we can act as a software reseller, but we will continue to build WITH you as support and services where necessary.
